What does the onboarding process look like?
Discovery Call
We will do a full survey of your
environment including all the
infrastructure, security, cloud
environment and physical environment. Once the analysis is complete we will provide you with a quote for our managed IT services.
Legal Stuff
We'll have our people call your people to get the boring stuff out of the way and send out communication to your key contacts.
Switchover
We'll kick off the transfer from your previous IT service supplier and lay our tools down to prepare you for managed IT service.
Bespoke Support
We'll send out communication to all your staff with helpful tips and tricks, such as how to get rapid and premium support, followed by 30-day collaboration period where we get closely acquainted with your operations.
